当诺基亚复出时 你会选Lumia还是Nokia?   诺基亚这几年从手机业务与微软合作到被收购,并最终被要求2016年底前不涉足移动设备市场,这家曾经的行业巨 头陨落之快让人唏嘘不已。但在今年的 MWC2016 大会上,现任诺基亚 CEO 拉吉夫・苏里公开表示诺基亚将重返智能手机市场。这一消息不禁让众多“诺粉”欢欣鼓舞,诺基亚到底能否上演“王者归来”呢? 专利受益――营收利润增长   前不久,诺基亚发布了 2015 年第四季度以及全年财报。从财报内容可以看出,诺基亚第四季度可持续运营业务净销售额为 36.09 亿欧元,较 14 年同期增长了 3%;而更为惊人的是,第四季度的净利润为 17.9 亿欧元,较 14 年同期增长了 304%。   目前诺基亚主 要营收来自于通信和技术部门。其中诺基亚技术第四季度的净销售额为 4.03亿欧,同比增长 170%,全年净销售额同比增长 77%;诺基亚通信第四季度净销售额为 32.10 亿欧,同比下滑 5%,但全年净销售额同比增长 3%。总体上看,2015 年诺基亚的营收利润实现了大幅增长,整体运营状况良好。   也许有的人会问:诺基亚都不卖手机了,为何营收利润还如此之高?   其实,诺基亚作为霸占手机行业龙头十余载的企业,其通信专利早已遍布 2、3、4G网络,而且很多都是别人无法绕过的关键性专利。即便到今天,诺基亚的专利授权数量也要数倍于苹果,诺基亚每年光靠这些就能收取几十亿欧元的授权费。 诺基亚三星专利争夺战   前不久,诺基亚与三星为期两年的专利大战也达成和解。有人表示,和解的原因很可能是三星一次性支付给了诺基亚数亿欧元的“安慰费”。实际上,要向诺基亚 支付专利费用的厂商又何止三星。研究机构 ValueWalk 曾统计,包括苹果、三星、HTC、黑莓、LG、索尼、摩托罗拉、华为等近 40 家公司都需要向诺基亚缴纳专利授权费。   由此可见,诺基亚在摆脱了手机业务的“烂摊子”后,光靠专利授权就能赚个盆满钵盈。   业务转型――收购与被收购   这两年诺基亚除了收取高昂的专利费外,还在诸多方面都为转型做着努力,其中一些举措甚至收到了奇效。   2013 年 9 月,诺基亚以 72 亿美元的价格将诺基亚设备和服务部门出售给微软。当时看来,这或许是笔双赢的交易,微软也成为了一家兼顾硬件和软件的公司。而对于诺基亚来说,在当时窘困 的市场环境下,这或许也是摆脱困境的唯一方法。但从今天看来,赢的只有诺基亚,吃下诺基亚手机业务的微软其实过的并不好。 微软收购诺基亚手机业务   2015 年 4 月,诺基亚宣布以 156 亿欧元收购电信大厂阿尔卡特朗讯。表面上看,这种“抱团取暖”的行为很难撼动爱立信、华为等第一梯队通信商的地位。但从长远看,市场不景气时两家小公司选择合并也是一个不错的选择。 诺基亚收购阿朗   2015 年 8 月,德国三大汽车制造商宝马、奥迪和戴姆勒,为了扩展联网汽车的数字服务,共同组成财团斥资 25 亿欧元收购了诺基亚的测绘导航和智能定位业务 HRER。对于 HERE 产品团队来说,新的所有权结构将有助于加快自身的战略部署,尽早实现成为行业领先云地理位置服务公司的意图。对于诺基亚来说,诺基亚也会更专心地完成对阿 尔卡特朗讯的收购,努力成为 IP 互联领域下一代的创新领导者。   纵观三桩收购案,诺基亚的战略意图很明显,在彻底放弃手机业务后,诺基亚将公司重心放在了电信网络设备以及通信技术上。   在 MWC2016 展会上,诺基亚也高调宣布了公司新的战略规划:引领新一代 5G 技术和物联网发展,聚焦收购阿尔卡特-朗讯之后规模翻番的市场机遇。诺基亚还宣布将募集 3.5 亿美元布局物联网;并推出一款新型的支持 5G 的 AirScale 无线接入产品,这将替代目前广泛部署的 Flexi 基站。   诺基亚复出   良好的营收效益,正确的战略指引,诺基亚也开始耕耘新的技术。此次展会上,诺基亚就展示了此前发布的一款能够捕捉 360 度全方位音频与影像的摄像机――诺基亚OZO VR Camera。 诺基亚 OZO 摄像头   该机搭载 8 个 2K 级别的传感器,可捕捉 195 度视野的镜头,内置8个麦克风以采集三维环绕声音来提供 VR 音效。不过该设备属于专业影像设备,高达 6 万美元的定价显然不是面向普通消费者,主要还是运用于高端 VR 电影与电视节目的制作或者体育赛事直播等场景中。总之,OZO VR Camera 再一次展现了诺基亚在成像技术上出色的研发能力以及高超的工业设计水平。   但作为老诺粉,当然还是更希望看到诺基亚手机回归。根据诺基亚与微软签订的协议,诺基亚在 2016 年底就可以回归移动设备市场。诺基亚 CEO 也在 MWC 上宣布了这件事,但是会以什么样的手机产品,什么时间回归都还是未知之数。   总结   小编作为一个忠实的“诺粉”,也希望诺基亚早点复出为低迷的手机市场带来新的活力。而更有趣的是,微软短时间内肯定还会继续发布搭载Windows Mobile 系统的 Lumia 系列手机。当一台 Lumia 和一台 Nokia 手机(或许是 Android 系统)摆在你面前,你会选择哪个呢?相关的主题文章:
